Hostel & Surfcamp 55 - Ericeira

Stayed here once before, friendly staff, nice owners, convenient shuttle service, clean rooms and bathrooms.

Everything is what i need and want.

We had an amazing time at & Surfcamp 55! the hostel's location couldn't be better, right in front of the beach and just a short walk to the town centre. the staff and owners were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. the rooms were spacious and each guest had their own locker. the common area was stylish and comfortable, perfect for meeting other travelers. We loved the surf lessons and the option to rent surf gear and bikes. it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to go back!

Great location, close to town center, restaurants, and coffee shops. Walking distance to surf spots. Provides surf lessons and board rentals. Made friends with fellow travelers.

The vibe at the accommodation was amazing. It had a clean and welcoming atmosphere, with a nice area for chilling out. The location was close to downtown and the beaches, perfect for those traveling by car. The staff, especially Dagmar, were super nice and friendly, always happy to help and create a joyful atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here and taking the surfing lessons.

The rooms were comfortable and the overall design was really cool, with movie-themed decorations. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the common area had a great vibe. The location was perfect, with a supermarket nearby and the town center just a short walk away. The surfing lessons were a lot of fun, and they even offered rentals for those who wanted to go out on their own. Despite a few small drawbacks, like the beds on pallets being a bit hazardous and the lack of enough bathrooms, I still had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hostel for a great experience.

The value for money at Hostel & Surfcamp 55 was excellent, with a comfortable room and great facilities. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff were pretty good too make me feel at home, providing helpful recommendations and a friendly atmosphere.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider selection of choices.

Surf instructors teach every day of the week, opportunity to enjoy the action in Peniche, custom and spectacular experience, surf secrets and DJ sessions, delicious seafood.

Well, if you like uncomfortable beds, noisy rooms, and dirty toilets, this is the place for you! So charming!

The best hostel ever! Met awesome people, felt like a house share. Close to the beach and town center, with a big supermarket nearby. Clean rooms and comfy beds. The owners were great and helpful. The hostel had a well-stocked kitchen and provided bikes and yoga mats. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets from our own balcony.

The mattress in the three bedroom dorm was very uncomfortable. It would be great if they could replace it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The choice of wetsuits available for rent was limited, so I had to go to another surf shop to find one that fit me properly.
